Competitors battled head-to-head, bringing their best recipes and presenting their finished signature pizza to a panel of prestigious judges in the Traditional, Non-Traditional, and Neapolitan divisions in Atlantic City this past October. And Chef Jay Jadeja won First Place for Neapolitan Pizza in the Best of the Northeast Pizza Competition. Congratulations Chef Jay!
