Chef Jay Jadeja is awarded First Place for Best Pizza of the Northeast
Competitors battled head-to-head, bringing their best recipes and presenting their finished signature pizza to a panel of prestigious judges in the Traditional, Non-Traditional, and Neapolitan divisions in Atlantic City this past October. And Chef Jay Jadeja won First Place for Neapolitan Pizza in the Best of the Northeast Pizza Competition. Congratulations Chef Jay!

I've been blessed with a life - full of love and joy - with a few struggles thrown in - just to keep me humble. :) My endeavor here is to share a lot of soul nourishing delicious recipes that I have learned from my Gurus, which I have reimagined for simple yet GOURMET execution.
